How are you, my friend?
Hello, great minds! Happy Sunday to you.
I trust you had a fulfilling week and are ready to embrace the opportunities of the coming days. This is a new week to reset and redefine your goals. I’m wishing you a purposeful week ahead.
Now, let me take you on a personal adventure—a journey of trust with my faithful friend.
A Journey of Trust: Meet My Faithful Friend
I vividly recall the moment I met him. I was a mere sixteen, navigating the tumultuous waters of adolescence. Little did I know that this encounter would redefine the very essence of my existence. He quickly became more than a friend; he was the unwavering guide I desperately needed, occupying a space in my heart reserved only for the most cherished.
Our relationship matured, and as the days turned into years, the lessons I gleaned from him became immeasurable. Gratitude filled my heart for the countless times he listened, understood, and offered solace during the overwhelming seasons of life.
The Unseen Anchor
In the midst of life's storms, there was an anchor, an unseen force that brought serenity amidst chaos.
I can recall when I finished secondary school and didn’t secure admission.Overwhelmed and filled with sadness, my self-esteem plummeted as inquiries about my admission status surrounded me.
My church girl habit helped me as I went to church one day for a youth program themed ”Trusting in God”. The minister shared a verse that resonated deeply within me, answering the questions that echoed in my troubled mind. Can you guess the scripture?
Jer 33:3 - Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
This scripture became the catalyst for my liberation from the shackles of impossibilities. I found hope in God's words, and He rescued me from the depths of despair. What I thought I had lost, I rediscovered in that moment of faith. I believed in the unseen, trusting and obeying.
And now, that girl who once roamed her street with uncertainties is in her second year of medical school today. It’s been an incredible journey, and having Jesus with me has made all the difference.
His name is Jesus, and with faith, he finds a dwelling place within our hearts. He became the friend who could calm the tempest within, offering reassurance when the world seemed overwhelming.
Faith: The Unseen Bridge to Possibility
You see, faith is more than a mere concept; it's the bridge connecting us to the divine.
It whispers, "Fear not, for you are God's own possession." It holds the promise that nothing is impossible when you entrust your hopes and fears to Him.
In faith, I believed what I didn’t see; the admission came at God’s own time.
Isaiah 55:9 says, For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
Going through this, I put my whole future in the hands of the one who created me. I just keep pressing on in faith.
The Call to Faith: Standing Firm and Pressing On
Come, the father calls.
Listen to His words in 1 Peter 5:7- Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
Prayer is an avenue to pour out your heart to God.
In the tapestry of life, uncertainty weaves its threads. Yet, the call to faith is a resounding one—stand firm. Call upon Him, for your future rests securely in His hands. A life without faith is a life veiled in fear, but a life grounded in trust blooms with endless possibilities.
Invisible Forces of Protection
Faith teaches us to persevere and to press on when the path seems unclear. It beckons us to believe in the unseen—like the protective power of blood, the guiding presence of angels we may not see but feel around us.
A Life of Joyful Gratitude
As we navigate the intricacies of faith, let us heed the wisdom of 1 Thessalonians 5:16: "Be joyful always." Embrace gratitude as a beacon, lighting the path even in the darkest moments.
Philippians 4:6- Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Dear friend, in the symphony of life, let faith be the melody that sustains you.
With every note, let it resonate: "Never quit, keep pressing on."
May your journey be one of fulfillment of purpose.

Another wonderful piece. I don't know how I could have missed it.
Love how you used the anchor, early church used anchor as their sign. Lovely writing.
